Chairman Xu fully affirmed the achievements made by the textile and chemical business in the complex and challenging environment of 2024. He stated that the textile and chemical business achieved counter-trend growth in 2024, outperforming the industry average. This success was attributable to the dedication of all textile and chemical professionals worldwide, who prioritized frontline operations and customer value creation, striving tirelessly across the globe to serve the global industry and advance our shared endeavors. Regarding existing challenges, he emphasized adopting a scientific management approach to proactively address and deeply analyze them, thereby gaining clearer insights into the current environment and trends. It is precisely because all Transfar employees consistently maintain an entrepreneurial spirit of confronting difficulties head-on and working hard, coupled with unwavering resolve and confidence to solve problems and overcome challenges, that the Textile and Chemical Business has thrived for 40 years.

2026 marks the 40th anniversary of both the Transfar Group and Transfar Textile & Chemical. As Transfar advances globally, Textile & Chemical stands as our most far-reaching, highest-performing, and deepest-rooted division. For 2025, the Textile & Chemical team has set growth targets surpassing those of 2024—a testament to their confidence and resolve, embodying self-imposed pressure and a commitment to embracing challenges. This initiative deserves our full recognition. We are confident that Textile & Chemical will excel in 2025, welcoming Transfar's 40th anniversary with renewed vigor.

    I. Comprehensively build a global competitive chain and supply chain system to deliver valuable services to global customers, drawing closer to them while strengthening ourselves. Transfar is a company with history, and Textile & Chemical boasts a long-standing legacy and profound heritage. After over two decades of international development, we possess a solid foundation, distinct advantages, and valuable experience. Yet in the era of globalization, we remain learners, continually exploring more effective ways to “go global.” We are constantly refining our approach to globalization—how to integrate into global cultures, systems, and management practices while serving global customers and markets. To advance globalization and achieve integration within the Textile and Chemical sector, the key lies in establishing unified thinking, management, organization, and an inclusive culture that leverages complementary strengths. To this end, we must continuously practice, address shortcomings, keep pace with technological advancements, and consistently meet customers' personalized, diversified, high-quality, and differentiated demands. We will bridge the gap with customers and deliver superior services.

II. Aligning with the Group's 1361 Strategic Development Requirements, Textile and Chemical must take the lead in exemplary implementation and ensure comprehensive execution. After nearly 40 years of development, Textile and Chemical possesses solid foundations, advanced technology, a long history, and profound heritage. However, in the process of deepening transformation and reform, it still faces the challenge of heavy historical burdens. These burdens will grow heavier, making problem-solving more difficult and the resulting impact more significant. The key lies in comprehensively advancing reforms in accordance with the Group's 1361 strategy and the demands of the times, effectively changing ingrained thinking and habits. With the spirit of a phoenix rising from the ashes, we must achieve a complete rebirth. This presents challenges and higher demands for Textile & Chemical.

III. Only through mutual support, understanding, and communication among every Zhenhua employee can we collectively advance the Zhenhua cause. The global development of Textile & Chemical provides a grand stage for young professionals to grow, requiring greater support, care, and cooperation from all, as well as collective dedication. Each generation has its mission, its responsibilities, and its methods. While individual personalities and styles may differ, our shared goal remains constant: the healthy and sustainable development of the Transfar cause. Moving forward, all Transfar members must support, understand, and communicate with one another, working together to elevate the Transfar cause to new heights.

IV. Expectations and Requirements for the Next Phase of Work at Textile & Chemical:

    1. In accordance with the Group's overall deployment requirements, continue to drive transformation and innovation, fully implement the 1361 Strategy, and prepare for the upcoming 40th anniversary of Transfar. Tailored to the realities of Textile & Chemical, thoroughly implement the spirit and content of this meeting, particularly by aligning closely with the Group's theme of transformation and innovation to advance the execution of the 1361 Strategy. To achieve its globalization goals, Textile & Chemical must courageously pioneer transformation while maintaining a clear understanding of its existing challenges. With unified resolve, we must collectively strive to break old habits and resolve issues. Though the path of transformation is arduous, the future after successful change is promising. I am confident Textile & Chemical will become the world's most outstanding and distinctive industry model.

    2. Advance globalization steadily in accordance with high-quality development requirements. Globalization is an inevitable path for Textile & Chemical's development, and we must proceed with unwavering determination. China is vast, but the world is vaster still. This demands we deliver increasingly personalized services to meet the growing diversity of global customer needs. Simultaneously, the widespread distribution of our clientele requires meticulous strategic planning, precision-tailored approaches, and strengthened team and system development—particularly in refining our supply chain service assurance framework. In navigating the global marketplace, we must advance step by step, serving each customer diligently, formulating concrete strategies region by region, focusing our efforts, and advancing high-quality development systematically. Furthermore, we must leverage the brand strength of Tuona in Europe and America and the strategic foothold advantage in Southeast Asia within Asia and Africa. By strategically adding and subtracting, we concentrate our strengths to achieve breakthroughs. Building a global high ground comprehensively means not only establishing a service high ground but, more crucially, constructing a brand high ground—elevating the global presence of both Transfar and Tuona.

    3. Building a global team with high quality, strong capabilities, and excellent culture to better adapt to global development. In the era of globalization, our team members hail from diverse regions worldwide, underscoring the critical importance of integration. We must remain true to our core business while championing cultural inclusivity and complementary capabilities. Only when every member remains steadfastly loyal to the Transfar cause can we unite our efforts to excel in our textile and chemical operations. Achieving global expansion for our textile and chemical businesses hinges on respecting global diversity, embracing the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, embracing and learning from global cultures, and adhering to the laws and regulations of each country. Only through these measures can we meet the demands of globalization and forge a globally competitive team.

    4. Prioritize scientific and technological advancement, actively embrace the AI era, and enhance customer service and value creation. We must intensify efforts in technological innovation and R&D to deliver superior products to frontline operations. This enables us to serve customers more effectively, provide tailored solutions, and generate greater value. Facing the arrival of the AI era, we must proactively embrace it. Across all aspects—from market promotion and customer service to factory production, from office operations to scientific research, from marketing to customer service, and extending to supply chain services—we must actively explore the application and practice of large AI models. We must fully leverage the scientific and technological advancements of our time to refine our solutions and technologies to perfection, consistently maintaining our position at the forefront of the industry.

Chairman Xu Guanju concluded by emphasizing: “Currently, Textile & Chemical is steadily advancing toward becoming a world-class enterprise. I firmly believe that through our collective efforts, Textile & Chemical has the full capability to become a global industry leader. The key lies in closely aligning with the Group's transformation and innovation requirements, comprehensively advancing the 1361 Strategic Action Plan, and working together to welcome the 40th anniversary of Transfar!” Let us stay focused on our goals, unite our efforts, and strive tirelessly to advance courageously toward becoming a world-class enterprise in our industry!
