Description: SOFT-1 is a new type of cationic surfactant, which is a substitute of dialkyl quaternary ammonium salt  (D1821) and soft oil essence. It can be used alone or in combination with silicone oil, stearic acid and high-carbon alcohols. It has excellent softness, smoothness, antistatic, wettability and low yellowness.
