Founded in 1986, Transfar has evolved into a diversified, multi-brand industrial conglomerate with a global footprint. Its businesses include Transfar Chemical, Wynca, Transfar Logistics, Transfar Technology City, and Transfar Agriculture. The group owns two listed companies—Transfar Zhilian (002010) and Wynca (600596)—has incubated over 20 high-tech enterprises and 10 Specialized, Fine, Peculiar and Innovative SMEs. As a vital component of the Group's strategic layout, the New Surfactants Project Department is a specialized team with full-chain capabilities spanning R&D, production, and sales. Deeply rooted in the surfactants sector, the department has established ten major product series, comprehensively covering all stages from product development and large-scale manufacturing to scenario-based applications. Currently focused on the daily chemical industry, it specializes in developing low-irritation, eco-friendly, and low-toxicity chemical raw materials. Meanwhile, its business has expanded into niche sectors including metal cleaning, pesticide adjuvants, oilfield chemicals, firefighting additives, and fiber oil agents.

Starting with a large vat and a bicycle, Transfar embarked on its entrepreneurial journey by producing and selling liquid soap.

The launch of “901” degreaser marked Transfar's gradual entry into textile chemicals and household chemicals.

Simultaneously entering agriculture and logistics, Transfar initiated its diversification strategy.
